**What you will do**
- Assist in developing and executing paid media strategies (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, etc.);
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust to maximize ROI;
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting;
- Analyze data and provide regular performance reports;
- Collaborate with content teams to develop high-performing campaigns;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
**Must haves**
- 6 months+ experience with Google Ads
- Familiarity with paid search, display advertising, analytics tools & metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Upper-intermediate English level.
