Junior Network Controller

FLS is responsible for ensuring seamless, 24/7 operational continuity across Amadeus services in the Americas. The team focuses on incident detection, rapid recovery, coordination, and escalation to keep critical platforms running smoothly.

Summary Of The Role

Network Controllers form a 24x7 team (shift work) to monitor the Amadeus network (on premise and cloud) and to identify and recover from incidents as quickly as possible, as well as to perform changes within scope and to approve and control changes to the network by other teams.
