• Oversee overall operation of the restaurant / take‑away.
• Ensure quality standards of food and Wackys Standard Operating Procedures are maintained.
• Oversee and manage stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Deal with customer complaints and maintain customer service levels at the restaurant / take‑away.
