As a Junior Collaboration Developer, you will help build, improve and support collaboration solutions across multiple platforms. You’ll work alongside Senior Developers to deliver small enhancements, fix issues, assist with reporting, and contribute to training and adoption so colleagues can get the most from our tools. This role helps teams collaborate effectively and supports the business in working smarter every day.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office based at Bicester Village

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop solutions in SharePoint , Teams and related M365 apps to meet business needs, following CoE standards and governance.
• Implement features and UI improvements to SharePoint sites, including homepage updates and webparts.
