Description
 & Requirements Who we are looking forUp to 2 years of experience (or strong internship / trainee experience) in IT operations, application support, or database‑related areas.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including understanding of databases, schemas; usersbasic querying and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows Server environments.
Fundamental understanding of virtualization concepts (VMware or Hyper‑V).
Interest in enterprise applications and their lifecycle (installation, upgrades, maintenance).
Willingness to learn database administration and application operations.
Additional Advantages:Basic exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP as an advantage).
Awareness of monitoring tools or system logs.
Familiarity with ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change).
