Provide first-line WMS and desktop support to warehouse users.

Maintain WMS master data, locations, and inventory accuracy.

Support configuration and functionality of scanners, printers, and handheld devices.

Analyse WMS data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Assist with process optimisation, SOP development, and Lean improvement initiatives.

Develop and maintain operational KPIs and dashboards.

Create and maintain clear process maps and workflows using XMind and Microsoft Visio.

Support digital process improvement initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools and Power Apps.

Train warehouse staff on WMS usage and standard operating procedures.

Support compliance with health & safety and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
