Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple client requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Prior recruitment agency / consultancy experience
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of sourcing, screening, and candidate management
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
- Visa: Spouse visa mandatory
