Role Description

The Junior Golf Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Alor Setar, supporting the daily operations and quality of the golf facilities under BDB’s tourism and leisure portfolio. This role involves coordinating tee times, assisting with tournament and event setup, and ensuring the golf course environment is welcoming and well-organized for guests. The Junior Golf Executive will help monitor course conditions, including basic irrigation checks, and support the maintenance of golf equipment and driving range facilities. The role includes providing attentive customer service to golfers, handling inquiries and feedback, and promoting club services, packages, and events. The Junior Golf Executive will work closely with the golf operations team to uphold safety standards, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive and professional club atmosphere.
