We are seeking a talented individual to join our GBM (Global Benefits Management) team at Mercer. This role will be based in Madrid and requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We provide strategic guidance, manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver analytics to optimise cost and employee experience.
