2-5 years of experience in business analysis, project support, PMO, or related roles. Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, SDLC, and/or Agile delivery methodologies. Exposure to finance, banking systems, data, or emerging technology projects is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to document requirements and track activities accurately. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and presentations. Familiarity with project tracking and documentation tools (e.g. Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) is a plus. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and collaborate across teams. Freshers with relevant intern exp are encouraged to apply.
