About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and high-performing Junior Field Technician to join our team in New Zealand, supporting the maintenance and performance of Halter’s on‑farm hardware infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our systems are operating efficiently, resolving technical issues quickly, and helping to refine and improve the reliability of our hardware across our customer network.

Note this role is based in the Waikato and NZ wide travel is required.

What your day could look like

• Infrastructure Maintenance : Oversee the upkeep and repair of Halter’s infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

• Hardware Diagnosis : Diagnose any issues with our hardware and feed this information back to the relevant team.
