Advise regional sales and business development teams on deal structure, contract risk, and commercial terms.
Identify and escalate legal risks in commercial transactions, providing practical recommendations for resolution.
Develop and maintain regional contract templates and playbooks to support self‑service and deal velocity.
Manage contracts through Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the global legal team on cross‑border transactions, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.
Support other legal team projects and initiatives as needed.
