Salary: £24,225 - £26,288 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience

This rewarding role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people aged 14-16 who attend college as part of their statutory education programme. As a key member of the Junior Apprenticeship team, you will provide high quality pastoral care, guidance, and mentoring, empowering learners to overcome barriers to learning and achieve successful outcomes.
