Junior Admin Assistant required in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Matric
• Administration experience
• Stable work record with good, contactable references
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
• Fully bilingual – Afrikaans and English

• Counting cash and balancing cash control accounts
• Daily stock, creditors and debtors invoicing
• Daily tank balancing
• Refuel journals
• All aspects related to fuel and depot
• Customer queries
• Quotations – Sales Reps
• Creditors recons
• General filing
• Handling price sheets and customer pricing sheets
• Assist with month-end
• Daily data integrity for Pastel
• Assist the Group Accountant and Logistics Manager with balancing sheets for stock and trips
• Other general administration duties (taking orders, filing, tel...
