Responsibilities

• Processes disbursements for non-trade suppliers and agencies.
• Regular assignment:
  • Utilities
  • Payroll
  • Gasoline expenses
  • Family expenses
  • PCF Set-up & Replenishment
• Reports:
  • Monitoring of billings and payments for utilities
  • Payroll variances
  • Payroll template/monitoring

Qualifications

• With Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Accounting Information System
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of related experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Preferably with AP processing experience
• Knowledgeable in SAP
