Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper approval and verification.
• Prepare cheque and online payments; coordinate pickups and mail-outs with vendors and the property management team.
• Review and reconcile the AP sub-ledger and clear vendor statements.

Accounts Receivable

• Post monthly charges and payments from homeowners and tenants.
• Update preauthorized debit information as requested.
