Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recording daily financial transactions
Prepare and maintain accounting records and files
Process invoices, receipts, and payment documents
Assist in bank reconciliation
Support payroll and billing documentation
Help prepare basic financial reports
Ensure accuracy of records and proper filing
Assist in other accounting and admin tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Detail-oriented and organized
Willing to work in Makati
