**Summary**:
- Operational day-to-day general ledger accounting (Navision), bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Supporting on-time payments to suppliers and posting of incoming payments from customers on a daily basis
- Supporting Finance Manager Nordics
**The Role**:
- Processing of business transactions in accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting (Navision), incl. bank statements and intercompany transactions
- Checking, booking and paying supplier invoices
- Performing account reconciliations
- Supporting with preparation of month end, quarter end and year end financials and reporting
- Covering for teammates in their absence
- Supporting Finance Manager Nordics with daily tasks at the office
- Handling the central phone for Cavotec Norway
- Assisting with other accounting projects
