Accounts Executive HQ near Expo MRT
Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
Salary is $2,800 - $3,500+ Variable Bonus (No AWS)
Job Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction or building industry .
- Experience with SunSystems would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities - Accounts payables management
- Prepare expense/payment documentations for management approvals
- Process staff claims in accordance with company’s policies
- Ensure all requests for payments are properly authorised and supported by relevant documentations
- Input supplier invoices, debit and/or credit notes into accounting system
