Job Description
A large retail company is investing in a growing AI Center of Excellence to drive meaningful improvements across our retail platforms, operations, and customer experiences. As a Junior Software Engineer on this team, you’ll play a hands-on role maintaining and enhancing AI-driven applications while building a strong foundation in modern software engineering and applied AI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is curious, coachable, and excited to learn. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and data scientists, contribute to real production systems, and grow your skills through mentorship and meaningful work.

Pay Rate: $40 - $50/hr
