JR Salesman position is more on field work. You will be assigned either Batangas area or out of town. There is a target quotas subject for commissions/ incentives, company service and staff house is provided.

Responsibilities

1.Prepare monthly coverage plan to ensure that all potential customers in the territory are covered, miscalls of active customers are minimized, and sales volume target is achieved.

2.OpenDaily Accomplishment Report (DAR) before start of routing day where DAR shows list of customers in route order and volume objective.
