About the role

As a Junior Retail Activation Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Dyson’s physical presence across all DACH retail environments. Your mission is to ensure a premium, consistent and brand‑compliant consumer experience at every point of sale. You will manage POS projects end‑to‑end, develop activation concepts, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to bring Dyson’s retail vision to life.

Your work will directly influence how consumers experience Dyson technology in stores — from fixtures and merchandising to engagement concepts and in‑store execution.
