The Jr. Key Account Manager is primarily responsible in utilizing all economic, social, political activities and industry trends to maximize volume potential in his/her assigned account.
Identify and segment accounts, develop and execute plans, build and maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals, resolve issues and complaints, build a cross-functional account team designed to manage and grow business with the account, create business reviews, and design and execute business plans.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
With at least 1-2 years of experience in FMCG industry
Good oral and written communication skills
