To lead the coaching and development of Charlton Athletic’s JPL players by delivering high‑quality, UEFA B‑standard coaching and matchday experiences that support each player’s technical, tactical, physical, and personal growth in line with the club’s playing philosophy and values.

Coaching & Player Development

• Plan, deliver, and review engaging and progressive training sessions aligned with Charlton Athletic’s playing philosophy.
• Lead the team on matchdays within the Junior Premier League season.
• Provide individual player feedback and development plans.
• Support the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development of players.
• Communicate effectively with parents, players, and staff.
