Job Description
Perform skilled work requiring the application of standard trade practices in maintaining, installing, and repairing a variety of plumbing and heating systems fixtures.
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Locate and mark underground water, sewer, and gas lines owned and operated by the University as required for BUD locates and other excavation work.
  • Install all types of plumbing systems and piping systems as required by the University, including but not limited to sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, appliances, water conditioners, faucets, showers, pumping systems, valves, and piping, including supports and hangers.
  • Repair and maintain all sorts of plumbing systems and piping systems as required by the University, including but not limited to sinks, lavatories, water heaters, appliances, water conditioning equipment, faucets, valves, showers, pumping systems and equipment, as well as various piping systems with varied materials and uses.<...
