An electrical Foreman provides oversite to installation, upgrades, renovation and completes other assigned electrical duties to produce the product requested by an owner or general contractor. This includes directing the on-the-job electrical training of apprentices.

Attend and participate in regular on-site Foreman meetings, weekly safety meetings, and lead daily huddles.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.

Maintain knowledge of what is needed to complete project including percent complete, projected hours, and material.

Coordinate and maintain job site tools and equipment.
