Leading HR journey teams and acting as a senior escalation point for complex cases

Overseeing triage and resolution of HR and payroll-related queries including missed cut-offs and redundancy payments

Collaborating across functions to deliver consistent, user-focused improvements to HR systems and processes

Aligning advisory activities with employment law, internal policies, and regulatory requirements

Supporting policy updates and process enhancements across key HR journeys
