Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise cost estimation for joinery projects.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to clarify project requirements and resolve discrepancies in plans.
• Evaluate and select suitable materials based on quality, durability, and cost-effectiveness to optimize project budgets.
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates, including labor, materials, and overheads, to support competitive bidding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in joinery estimation or a similar role within the construction industry.
