Your new role
Deliver a high-quality, responsive joinery and maintenance service across Housing Executive properties, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and supporting organisational standards and values.
Joinery & Maintenance

• Carry out joinery work including kitchens, doors, windows, flooring, fencing, roofing, plasterboard, and general repairs.
• Complete multi-skilled tasks outside core trade (e.g. basic plastering, plumbing, tiling, painting).
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently.

Customer Service

• Provide excellent service and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Arrange appointments and access with tenants.
• Prioritise safety, especially for vulnerable tenants.
