What your day-to-day actually looks like:
Direct Support: You'll handle incoming calls and emails from travelers who need help with their bookings or hotel owners with technical questions.
Problem Solving: Whether it's a refund request, a change in travel dates, or a misunderstanding at check-in, you'll step in to fix it.
