You will assist customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey while completing essential training with VW Canada. Your responsibilities will include managing sales communications and staying informed about our vehicle offerings, both new and used.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build excellent relationships with customers
• Follow up for customer satisfaction assessments
• Complete necessary VW Canada training
• Address incoming sales inquiries via calls/emails
• Update knowledge on new and used vehicle inventory
Requirements:
• Valid class 5 driver's license needed
• Amvic license is mandatory
• Sales experience of at least 1 year preferred
• Automotive experience beneficial but not required
• Eager to learn and develop in the role
