JOB DETAILS

1. Applicant will be responsible for maximizing sales to drive profitability 
2. Leads, manages and organizes the store according to the said SOP's & policies

3. Will manage the team's performance, training & development needs.

4. Will be responsible for recruitment and on-boarding of the team at the store.

5. Managing sales promotion & discounts

6. Updating visual merchandising

7. Daily DSR maintaining & send to a/c department

8. Daily sales report send to ASM (after day closing)

9. Daily staff briefing & allocation of works to sales team

10. Excellent communication skills.

11. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
