Duties & Responsibilities
Lead Screening & Qualification Contact inbound and outbound leads to assess interest and fit.Ask qualifying questions to determine suitability.Capture lead information accurately in the CRM. Appointment Setting & Follow-Ups Schedule qualified appointments for the Sales team.Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships as needed.Ensure smooth transition of leads to the appropriate sales representative. CRM & Lead Tracking Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all interactions.Provide insights on lead quality and patterns to sales and marketing.Identify opportunities to improve outreach processes.
