We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Job Coach to support young adults with SEND in developing the skills, confidence, and experience needed to secure sustainable employment.

As part of our Supported Internship team, you will provide personalised support, facilitate workplace learning opportunities, build strong employer partnerships, and help young people achieve their career goals through high-quality employability provision.

Working within a programme with consistently high employment outcomes, you will see the direct impact of your work while being part of a highly regarded, SIQAF-rated Excellent team.
