Job Brief:
As a Chief data scientist, your role would be to turn raw data into valuable insights that the organisation needs in order to grow and compete. You need to interpret and analyse data from multiple sources to come up with imaginative solutions to problems. In essennce, you combine practical skills such as coding and maths with the ability to analyse statistics.

A degree in statistics, maths, business administration or computer science would be an added advantage. The main programming languages often used within analytics, data mining and data science are R, SAS, Python and SQL, and knowledge of Java, C/C++, Perl and Ruby would be a plus.
