Role:

We are seeking a Jira & Confluence Administrator with 3–5 years of experience to manage,

configure, and support Atlassian Jira and Confluence platforms. The role focuses on platform

administration, user access management, workflow configuration, integrations, and

operational support to ensure stability, security, and effective collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence environments.
• Configure workflows, issue types, screens, custom fields, permission schemes, and SLAs.
• Manage Confluence spaces, templates, page restrictions, and permissions.
• Handle user, group, and role management; support SSO/LDAP integrations.
