Job Description

• Assist the Store Manager in delivering excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction in the branch/store of the Dela Rosa Group of Companies where he/she will be assigned.
• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring compliance with the company’s item audit, financial, discount, and other policies.
• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers, and managing and balancing financial transactions.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store and describing the items to the customer.
• Must be efficient at cross- and up-selling products.
• Must have superior product knowledge.
• Must maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
