Facility Type: SNF/LTC.  
Contract: 8 weeks  
Shift: 8 Hours - Shift Available 
Pay Rate: $1800/Week

Requirements: 
Must be LPN licensed in State 
BLS/CPR Required 
Covid Card Preferred 
1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
