Job Summary
Jazz Business Consultant – FTTx will offer advice and expertise to Telecom and Internet Service providers to help them improve their business and leverage Jazz’s FTTH portfolio. The consultant will build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring engagement, upselling, retention, and satisfaction, while reporting directly to the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their business and sell or create solutions that best meet their needs.
Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities for FTTH services, expanding the company's market reach.
Generate leads through various channels (customer visits, referrals, online inquiries) and qualify them based on their potential.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the company's FTTH products and services, including features and benefits.
