Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Java Backend Developer for their Jersey City, NJ/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Provide Support/develop support for modernization initiatives within the RRA driving test coverage, automation, and validation of both functional and non functional requirements.

+ Partner closely with trading, product, development, and DevOps leadership to assess delivery risk, influence design decisions, and embed quality early through shift left and shift right testing practices.

+ Act as a key stakeholder for production readiness, ensuring operational resilience, stability, and compliance for mission critical front to back trading workflows

Requirements:
