We have a job opportunity for a Java Application Support position with one of our prestigious
clients in Singapore. Requirements: 4–6 years of experience in
Java application support
. Strong knowledge of
Java, JavaScript, and SQL
. Ability to understand, analyze, and troubleshoot existing application code. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a production support environment is preferred. Provide Level 2 support for Java-based applications across production and non-production environments. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions. Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting purposes. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex issues and ensure application stability.
