Develop the O+O global loyalty strategy for the brand and ensure adoption by markets – focus on China and Japan
Develop creative concepts for loyalty moments across the year: Member’s Day, VIP Day, Birthday – and ensure rollout and performance tracking with markets
Collaborate with creative agencies, based in Asia/Europe to develop new content associated to these moments
Provide regular reporting and extract relevant insights, based on the CRM data, to fuel the brand top management and product development teams
Ensure brand expression, elevation and consistency across loyalty touchpoints and markets
Lead the development of innovative loyalty projects for the brand (AI, gamification), to stand out and express shu uemura’s makeup artistry
Collaborate with global (Paris based) and North Asia (Shanghai based) teams to align on strategic priorities in CRM and Loyalty for our brand
