Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager at Citco, you will be responsible for managing complex IT projects in a fast‑paced financial institution environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful delivery of project deliverables within the constraints of schedule, scope, and budget. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain core project artifacts – project plans, status reports, risk & issue logs, and software deliverables in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Lead Agile ceremonies – daily stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep the team focused and self‑directed.
• Communicate proactively – deliver concise, timely updates, risk alerts, and decision‑making inputs to all stakeholders, from senior management to team members.
