Restaurant Manager – Caribbean Luxury Resort
Salary: $36k to $40k USD + accommodation allowance, visa support, flights, benefits and more
Location: St. Lucia
Our client is an award-winning luxury hotel group based in St. Lucia. We are assisting them in their search for a Restaurant Manager to work in their Italian themed restaurant!
Responsibilities:
Daily operations of the restaurant
Manage and motivate a team
Manage restaurant financials and P&L
Staff scheduling
Maintaining brand standards
Ensuring guests are having the ultimate experience

The Ideal Candidate: 

Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
A passion for Food & Beverage. On trend knowledge. Beverage experience is a plus
