Job Overview

Customer Experience Coordinator

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum plus bonus

Contract: Permanent, Full‑time (40 hours per week)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, office‑based with work‑from‑home Fridays and early finish.

Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays. Flexible working and Smart Time after probation. Contributory Paycare scheme and annual salary review.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose a customer's product requirements and provide a solution.
  • Manage the sales process from lead to customer.
  • Provide quotes and pricing to customers.
  • Complete all sales support administration tasks accurately and effectively, including processing sales orders and quotations.
