OVERVIEW:
The position of IT Help Desk Technician technical assistance and support to our internal users regarding computer systems, software, and hardware issues. You will respond to inquiries, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and provide timely resolution to ensure maximum productivity. Additionally, you will assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems and provide training and support to users as needed.
