We are looking for an IT Technical Writer for our client located in BGC.

Salary: Up to 60K. Schedule: Monday to Friday, midshift. Setup: Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Organize and structure content in adherence to established standards, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and consistency in style and terminology.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to gain insight into audience needs and technical requirements, facilitating the development of targeted documentation.
• Conduct thorough research to deepen understanding of products, services, and technologies to be documented.
• Determine the most effective presentation methods to enhance reader comprehension, and write and edit technical information accordingly. Actively solicit and address feedback from team members to continually improve documentation quality.
