Responsibilities

• Assembly of new computer systems
• Assembly of new inverter trolley backup systems / Network Cabinets
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Telephonic support
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Knowledge of networks incl Fiber and CCTV systems
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Prioritize and manage support emails + Support tickets
• Network Support (Ruijie)
• CCTV Camera and DVR/NVR support (Uniview)
• UPS and Power backup support
