IT Systems Engineer (Tier 2) – Onsite

A skilled IT Systems Engineer is sought to deliver onsite support and lead infrastructure implementations across client environments. This role blends hands‑on troubleshooting with structured IT project execution and service management.

Key Focus Areas: Advanced desktop, server, and network support Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization deployments IT project implementation: onboarding, configuration, and tool rollout ITIL/COBIT5-aligned service delivery: risk, release, and configuration management Scripting (Power Shell/Bash) and automation Professional client support and documentation Minimum Requirements: 5+ years’ technical support and field experience Comp TIA A+, N+, MCSA or equivalent (AZ900/MS900) Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure exposure ITIL framework knowledge (certification advantageous) Proven experience in IT infrastructure projects
