DESCRIPTION

Provides technical support and management for the hotel's information systems and IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update Department Operations Manual and ensure all licenses and systems comply with Hyatt corporate IT standards
  • Provide technical assistance to hotel management, staff, and guests regarding IT systems, hardware, and software
  • Manage user accounts, implement security measures, and ensure data backup procedures
  • Coordinate system repairs, software updates, and project implementations as directed by global and regional IT teams
  • Handle system failures, rebuild corrupted data, and establish emergency procedures to maintain hotel operations
  • Support internal and external audits and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Attend training sessions and perform other duties as assigned
